"Cool idea, but something felt off"
I’ll admit, it’s a fun concept and I can see it working for a casual laugh. But for a more serious occasion, it just felt weirdly out of place. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it almost felt like it was designed to make the moment less sincere on purpose. Not saying there’s a whole agenda behind it... but I definitely wouldn’t use it for anything important

"Cute idea, but the site was frustrating"
The site looks really cute. I liked the idea. But finding things was kind of a pain. Pages loaded slowly for me. Checkout also felt clunky. I gave up once and had to start over.

"I tried ordering from pinatagrams.com and the checkout..."
I tried ordering from pinatagrams.com and the checkout process kind of wore me out because the page kept lagging, then I had to put my info in again, and by that point I was already getting annoyed but I kept going because I figured it would finally work.
Then the shipping cost didn’t show up until almost the end and it made the total way more than I thought it was going to be, so I just backed out before paying, not the best first experience and I’m not really in a rush to try again.

"Customer Service Was a Headache"
I had a frustrating experience with their customer service. It took them days to get back to me, and when they finally replied, it felt like one of those copy-paste responses that doesn’t actually answer anything. Like, I explained my order issue clearly, gave the details, followed up, waited, followed up again, and still nothing really got fixed. It was the kind of thing where you keep checking your email, refreshing the tracking page, sending another message, and just hoping someone will actually read what you wrote. it felt like I was doing all the chasing while they just kept sending generic replies. Super annoying overall.

"Didn’t feel very trustworthy"
I didn’t get the best feeling from pinatagrams.com. The site felt kind of unclear, and I couldn’t find much solid info about the company, which made me hesitate. When I tried reaching out, the replies felt like robots answering emails instead of an actual person helping, which didn’t make me feel any better.
Maybe it works fine for some people, but I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting it with my money. Something about the whole experience just felt a bit off and not very legit to me...

I tried uploading my photo yesterday afternoon, and it kept freezing every single time. I gave it another shot later that evening, but it still wouldn’t go through. Frustrating for something that should’ve only taken a minute.

"Packaging felt cheap and careless"
I was disappointed when this arrived. The box was dented, and the inside looked messy, like everything was just thrown in last minute. I had expected it to be a fun-looking gift, but the presentation felt cheap and rough. The frustrating part is that this seems like such a basic thing to get right, especially if people are ordering it to send to someone else

"Not much to choose from"
I went on pinatagrams.com expecting to find some cute designs, but the selection felt limited.

A lot of the options looked really similar and kind of basic, and I couldn’t find anything that fit what I had in mind. It also wasn’t super clear what some of the designs or ordering details actually included, which got annoying after a while.

Maybe it works if you just want something simple and don’t care too much, but it wasn’t for me. I ended up leaving without ordering

"Not what I ordered"
I ordered a piñatagram with a custom name and message, but somehow the wording came out wrong and the design wasn’t the one I chose. I was confused because I went back and checked my order email, and everything was typed correctly on my end. For something personalized, that’s kind of the whole point, so it was disappointing. I don’t think I’d order again

"Cute idea, but the quality didn’t match the price"
I ordered from pinatagrams because the idea seemed really cute and fun for a small gift. In person though, it just didn’t feel as nice as I expected. The print looked kind of faded, and a few of the edges were rough, which was disappointing. It still worked for what I needed, but for the price, I was definitely expecting better quality. Like, make it make sense. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improved the overall finish

"Cute idea, but the candy mix was limited"
I ordered a pinatagram hoping it would be a fun little surprise with a good mix of candy, but it ended up being mostly the same few pieces over and over. Some of it was fine, but I’m kind of tired of ordering things that look more exciting than they turn out to be.
For the price, I expected a bit more variety, maybe some sour candy or a couple chocolate options mixed in. The idea is cute, and I wanted to like it more, but the candy selection just felt boring.

"Checkout was more hassle than it was worth"
I tried placing an order, but the site just kept throwing me off. I had to redo a couple things, once checkout starts feeling like work, my brain goes, “nope.” I usually figure if ordering is this confusing, the rest might be a pain too, so I just gave up

I thought it was way too expensive for what I got. The idea is cute and fun but the final product just felt average to me. For the price I was expecting better quality. I probably wouldn’t order again because there are cheaper options out there that seem just as good...

I thought this was going to be a fun, slightly different gift, but it ended up feeling basic. The listing made it sound more unique than it actually was, and the communication around what you’re really getting could’ve been clearer.
When it arrived, it didn’t feel very personal or clever. It was more like one of those generic things you see all over the internet, which was disappointing because I had expected something with a little more thought behind it.

For the price, I was hoping for more of a “wow” moment. My friend chuckled for a second, but that was about it, and then it was basically forgotten. I wouldn’t buy it again

"Not the best fit for company gifts"
I was considering Pinatagrams for work gifts, but honestly... it didn’t really feel right for a corporate setting. The concept is fun, and I can see it being great for friends or a casual surprise, but for clients or a larger team it comes across more like a joke gift.
For office gifting, I usually want something that feels a little more polished and reliable. This just felt too random and hard to make professional, so I’d probably pass on it for business gifts

"They charged me more than my order total"
My order total looked normal when I checked out, but then they charged me a higher amount anyway. I had to email them twice, and somehow I still didn’t get a clear answer or a real fix. that’s on them, and it’s ridiculous. I’m not ordering from them again.

I placed an order and, the tracking was not helpful at all. It just kind of sat there with no real update, and where my package even was, I had no clue. Customers shouldn’t have to keep guessing like that. It was frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll order again

"Allergen info needs to be clearer"
so I was about to place an order, but I couldn’t find clear allergen info anywhere. When peanuts and sweets are involved, that’s a big deal. I ended up leaving the site because I’m not taking that kind of risk for my kid.
